hose to Niosh -vac. And/or control zone
if other workers are present.

-Eye protection.

-Noise contamination
-Hearing loss or alterations.

-Hazard from unguarded machinery

all guards are in place and in good

-Take extra care while loading and
unloading heavy objects.

-Safely stack materials to prevent them
from sliding, falling, or collapsing.

-Secure tools and/or materials to
prevent them from falling on people.
-Install toe boards or guardrails on
scaffolds to prevent objects from falling
or use debris nets or catch platforms to
grab falling objects.
-Other Hazards
-Injuries or death by falling from
heights.
-Injuries from climbing ladders,
scaffolds, or stairs.
-Properly training to workers in use of
fall protection.
-Properly training in use of mobile lifting
platforms.
-Proper training about safe use of
ladders.
-Train workers in handling loads while
using ladders, stairs, scaffolds, mobile
lifting platforms.
CONCRETE MIX
PREPARATION
-Dust and/or fumes.
-Skin/eye/throat irritation and/or
burns.
-Respiratory problems.
-Respirator use.
-Eye protection.
-Use of proper work gear: long sleeve
shirts, full length pants, waterproof
boots.
-Use of gloves.
-Eye protection.
-Hand and/or eye wash off after being
in contact with wet concrete.
-Visit to the hospital if required.
-Control zone if other workers are
present.
